The bland grey walls,
and cold steel bars.
Thoughts in my head,
I lie in bed.

Thousands of days gone by,
never to be seen again.
Thousands of words alive,
written in the letters I send.

Evil casts itself upon me,
sin secretes from my pours,
but I am just a man,
and nothing more.

My mind is twisted,
corrupt, perturbed.
And all I can think,
is one simple word.

"Death" comes calling,
"Death" shall find me.
"Death", take my soul,
for you are all I see.
