I was then,
but
how do you know when you're in the
'now' and
when now becomes then, what then?

Covid? what crisis?
the price of raw materials rising
prices getting pricier
no one out there nice to ya
might as well stay home
oh!
what about the holidays?
lost deposits
who pays?

The ferryman.

He doesn't do Instagram
and he doesn't do Reddit
it's all cash in hand
and he doesn't give credit.

Are you in the 'now' now
and if so
how do you know?
