The unknown before me,
I can’t help but smile,
Adventure awaits thee,
For only awhile,
And the dark is inviting,
What lurks there in?
Let’s make it exciting,
Of pleasure and sin,
The path stretches onward,
Where does it go?
I take a step forward,
I just have to know,
Dark emerald forests,
Deep lakes of blue,
The crows chime a chorus,
And this is what’s true,
Cliffs tower on high,
The wind and storm call,
To explore the sky,
And to feel it all,
The edge of forever,
Where else would I stand?
The forbidden glyph,
Words they have banned,
A heart that is racing,
With death and with life,
Exhaustion embracing,
To dance on the knife,
The cut is for healing
And comfort will ****,
Learning, revealing,
We live what we feel,
I go with the morning,
Or into the night,
What goods a forewarning?
With adventure in sight.
