The village green
Eyelids glued to my eyebrows
how's that possible?
sleep in the **** and sleep still eludes me
but dressing as a Chinese warlord didn't
work either,
life's just Monopoly
a registered trade name
and
we're just a piece in the game.
Fifteen degrees and the
temperature's rising
unglueing my eyelids
and getting my eyes in
to focus,
wishin' I wasΒ Β going fishin'
but I'm probably not.
