Falling in Slow Motion
It takes but a moment,
an instant
for my world
to come crumbling down.
But today feels different
since I've realized
that life isn't falling apart. . .
It's falling together.
Change is always scary. But lately I've been reminded it can be for the best if I learn to take a breath and a big step back.
