On the crest of a wave
I smile in glee
as society,
is finally applauding me
but malicious eyes
they wish to see
my blissful aura -
in debris
to quell my smile
with their deceit -
the warm smile I give
everytime we meet.
they  mask their hatred
with affinity
& blind me with
feign intimacy
& slyly execute
the plans conspired
against my joy
with wickedly wired
minds of malignity
with silvertongued mouths
shredding my dignity
casting me out
Of societies appreciation
making me a nobody
with immortal manipulation
ruining my reputation.
Rattling the jury
that gave me a place
provoking my fury
as I catch up to their pace
& realize wholly
with my shattered smile
I've been decieved
by their intentions- vile
Caught in the aftermath
of their callous deception
I shed a few tears
& confide in introjection
As I too put on a facade of Manipulation.
manipulative beings are often the 'once manipulated' by people who couldn't stand their smiles...
