If love was a fruit
It would be grape
Nice in the start
But bitter with protraction
Onerous to tell by looks
But easily told by taste
How strange you make one feel
Happy and sad at the same time
One rides in vain
Despite the exceeding pain
You leave one gasping for air
Every time they steal a glance at you
Like a lion on the hunt
Desperately searching for a meal
You hide and only come out when ones ready
Your treasure is hidden at the core
That only you can access
Talk about consistency
You get bored
Talk about craziness
You get jolly
Smile for nothing
You get a reason to grin
Whisper amazing words
You jump for joy
Amazing love
Refined as wine
Sweet as Brachetto d’Acqui
Bitter as Cabernet Sauvignon
The world isn't pleasant without you
An ocean would never laugh if the clouds weren't there to kiss her with tears
You comfort one in difficult times
Smile when sadness intrudes
How beautiful you are
