Never forget
It is we make the gods
Out of fear
At the end
They were merely facades
Fabricated
Created
Innate inclination
To justify,
Deify
Civilization
To coincide with
Our attempts to destroy
The void lurking
When searching
For peace to enjoy
But deprived of it
Sell ourselves short
And submit
To the will of some greater force
Must be the cause of it
Moving, unmoved
Influencing, unchanged
The timeless space
Formless
Encased
In the brain
