Dealing with emotions that will passed, bottled up feelings, everything came to the surface. Been a while but all the anxiety dissolves withering away. Learned to do stopped thinking too much it becomes a maze a puzzle to work it all together. Certain patterns and motions to get through it all. Ups and downs all around, after a while learned to focus on, what matters needs to be done. Learning to step back observe dealing with the youth is not easy.
