Strive
I strive to be
The one to see
The good in everyone
Beauty, Beast
Rich man, Thief
Not judged by what they've done
Paying no matter
To the social ladder
How high or low the rung
Which way they lean
Politically
If they reach down or they pull up
I strive to keep
Others needs
Far above my own
At my insistence
To see no difference
Between those who lost and those who won
Make it my mission
To truly listen
To both the old and young
And if I must
To only judge
With the hand of love
