Dec 2020
Am I not just a spritely
Vivacious sun beam
The alacrity’s
Most effervescence
You’ve seen
Oh but no, I’m so sad
Only glad for a minute
Then gone just as fleetingly
All joy diminished
By cannot escape’s
Crushing grasp
Of despair
What is there to be smiling about?
And why care?
