She had a harsh tone,
Her sturdy voice said:
"You are on your own".
My face growing red,
Only to reply,
"You make me helpless".
She began to sigh,
Starting to express,
Anger in her eyes,
Standing effortlessly,
Pointing out my "lies",
Due to lack of trust.
Thinking to myself:
"Why me, oh why me",
Doomed to my own hell,
"Why me, oh why me"
Why me? Why not my co worker, my boss, my neighbor, or someone across the world... Why does it have to be me?
