It is just a question maybe a song
but have I done something wrong?
You seem so distant now am I to blame
if so I hang my head in shame

can you please tell me what has changed
why have I become a memory past
it may seem simple to you in passing
I'm now a sailing ship without a mast

so the question remains in my mind
and it has been here for much too long
please shine your star so I can find
