We walked on the empty beaches
Hands entwined together
We thought we would never have this moment
Walking on the oceans shores
Watching the sunsets beautiful colors
Watching as the sun sets the sky on fire
While being extinguished
It shows that our love was never meant to last
It shows I'm holding hands with a ghostly memory
Struggling to set your heart on fire
While being extinguished by your refusal
This such an old poem.
