A Thurible Act
Our atmosphere was solemn
particularly since the Covid
induced censorship of that
which was a customary rite.
A solitary bee hovered over
what must have seemed an
elevated garden on castors,
gilt edged with brass baubles.
Benediction with an arrival
of Frankincense wafted by
high priests in a near pagan
ritual compelled its eviction.
