The one that took your happiness away wasn't me.
It was the one you thought would make you happy.

The one that created this fantasy of a better world wasn't me.
It was the one that exposes you to the truth of reality.
It takes two to create happiness.
And God knows I did my best.

Now, everyone wants joy, peace, and happiness.
But this wasn't apart of your agenda.

I wasn't the one that made you have regrets.
That was them.
So blame them for your sadness of expression.

I'm just the messenger.
