Alphabets signaled the words being it
But my mind was concentrating are the words being the one to fit
Lips were silent, but somehow the letters rang loud
Echoes all in my head
Disturbances all around instead
But there were words that needed to be said
However, I felt a word of caution in forbid
Sentences didn’t seem to mine
But my emotions focused on incline
Where will my heart turn?
The struggles compounding into a heated urn
It was war of words, but silent within the tongue
But that was then
Words began to come, but my lips remained silent
I knew I was determined to have sentences with letters at one time
The focus on the matter
There was no time for shatter
The lips had to be still
Yet it took will
So silent were the lips, but the words that came loud and clear strong
