Jun 2020
below her melting blue face
I stood barefoot in her milky cold runoff
her essence clouded my frozen feet
yet I felt her nourishment collect
as heavy her minerals do lay
properly exfoliated
I eagerly absorbed her gifts
extracted over millennium
now coursing through my blood
shared
I left crying as if she were my mother
I feel something kindred now
invigorated too
