May 2020
Rain drops
are falling
Pouring down
on unlit houses
Its droplets
trickling down
the window pane
Trees swayed
by the strong wind
Moving them
for its own amusement
Thunder roars
at the surprise
of those who slumber
Lightning flashes
brightly on the dark skies
Capturing a photograph
of the gloomy evening
A memory
of what will soon be
just another storm
in history
