Acceptance and security they crave
Someone they can call theirs is all they ask
To be accepted as an individual but also as a part of the whole bunch they seek
To be seen as a beauty and a light to marvel upon they ask

Behind their facade of arrogance and pride, lies their insecurity unseen
Behind the rebellion act, lies the pant for acceptance
Behind every act of indifference, lies an envy and a need to be better

To be accepted they at times do the unthinkable
Weak they seem, but they are not
Their strength lies in the little things they differentiate them from others
They are beauty undefined
