houseplants
It will be hard to miss you
now you're resting
six feet underground
I'm wondering who will water the plants you left
I wonder who will care for the strays
no one has your compassion
your love and patience
is it harder to not cry
or sob for a dead loved one
I'll miss you
too much for my own good
every day won't be the same
I just want to be with you again
