She wanted a rush, you gave her one.
Nighttime ride, no seatbelt, just you.
You'd think she would be afraid, but she's not.
As the speed increased she hugged you.
The crisp air and street lights , beautiful.
In that instant she was happy.
No words were said between helmets,
They weren't needed. You knew she was okay.
You knew how happy. Smile on her face.
You chose her to ensure she would be safe.
For that I thank you..
