Drip drop
Drip drop the blood won’t stop
All I hear is the drops
Looking back I ignored the signs
And that knife blurred the lines
Life together was the goal
But you switching up took it’s toll
How many times have we been here
Same number of times that knifes been there
Drip drop
Bloods everywhere all I hear is “hey are you there ?“
Drip drop
Have I finally learned my lesson
Drip drop
How many times have I repeated this lesson
I guess you could say I was addicted
Addicted to the pain
Thoughts of you linger on my brain
The first stab caught me by surprise
I never even saw the knife rise
Drip drop
What’s worse was the look in your eyes
A snake can only hide it’s fangs for so long
The wounds healed before long
And my heart kept running back
And time after time I got a knife  in the back
Sublime feelings of forgiveness
And it took some time to get to this
Red flags shouldn’t be ignored
And you only loved that you were adored
Drip drop
From my side this blood poured
As I lay here floor
I refused to acknowledge you crossed me
So my life it cost me
Last drops the bloods stopped
Here lies the suicidal lover
Cause of death
Severe loss of blood due to multiple stab wounds
This blade is all that’s left
Holding on to ones pain is suicide Especially if you love it too much to leave it
