Nov 2019
Cracks in the muddy-caked earth
An ant crawls
Noisy children at play
Beyond these compound walls
I reflect on the day
How so much of it felt
I was wasting away
In this prison of self
In time out
In its corner
Of paradisiacal
Trials, and still want for nothing
Do I
Undesirable
