I pass that stranger in the hall
the stranger that's full of memories
in a moment of eye contact
I can feel everything
the first time you held my hand and it made me blush
when we pulled stupid pranks
once when you tried to kiss me in front of my best friends
when we walked from homecoming in the pouring rain
the time i made you drink coffee
when you fell asleep on my lap and i ran my fingers through your hair
the countless laughs we shared
such a beautiful person
became such an ugly monster
but through turquoise eyes
I can tell you're sorry
and I am too
maybe we could remember those feeling together
if mama hadn't told me not to talk to strangers
