Daddy

When you left, you not only left my Mother.. You left me behind,
You left me exposed to the world's perverted definitions of a man,
you left me to learn about intimacy from rom-coms and adult-films...
You left me to think ***, oppression and abuse is the only way to relate to the opposite ***...
You left me exposed to the notion that expressing how I felt was a weakness...
Daddy you left me exposed, you never taught me how to pray.

You left me behind daddy, you left me exposed....
