Blanket of ripe blackberries is spread out
In the empty courtyard smelling about
The village girl sits squatted
On the floor matted
With chapped skin and cracked feet
With attires neat
Mingles with chapped soil
Near by water boils
Wild dogs just keep howling
Wolf far off move growling
Cows about to  return home
Buffalos on the muddy soil roam
A lad swims over the pond humming
Sweet pea flowers lay on sunlit roof smiling
