We speak in revisions
and ever flowing renditions
We laugh, in sonnets and haiku
We speak from our hearts
and often times, become removed
Lost in a poetic world of rhymes,
and lines. Scattered across
many, a many lifetime
We write, we write, we write
because we know, words
are always on our side

explanation, but I'm just
living a poets life.
