I don’t even know if you exist
I can’t teach you
Anything about this
Or that
I can’t seek you
Or pretend that we are equals
I can’t let you face
The heat of all oblivion alone
I can’t make you
Treat me less than you already do
I can’t defeat you
If I waste my time deifying you
I can’t believe in you
If I feel betrayed by you
And you can’t agree with me
If you've already been deceived by
Everyone that speaks to you of me
Are we meeting ourselves
Or are we depleting ourselves
How are we creating healthy bodies
If we are flying too high in finite skies
Making the most of alibis and lying
Hungry for the ****** hands
And sacred lands
That used to destroy our enemies
We are defeated by silent legacies
Long before the turning of the skies
The procession of lies
Is oblivious to our cries
So we observe defiance
And can only attempt
To counteract the obvious
