Show me the light, along the dark way;
Row my life boat across the ocean bay;
struggling over the waves in shallows;
pulling against heavy wind, that blows ;
My voyage is towards these far shores;
beyond the body, mind is what it bears;
hold my  hands; kiss on my forehead;
bless me to embark this boat far ahead.
