Close your eyes
and wait till the city sleeps,
to scream out loud,
hit the panic button
then destruction starts,
pain and misery
are common sorts,
red flames of pain
and tear-less eyes,
why can't they see through your disguise,
lighting strikes when the moment is right,
burning away
with your demise.
I was searching through some old poems I wrote a couple of years ago, and I like this one so I thought i'd share it with you guys. :)
