He put his beautiful hands inside her chest and wrapped them around her heart, holding it gently, with a steady gaze into her eyes locked in healing.
warmth
How does she let that go?
How does she walk away?
She doesn't.
She stands solid on her ground but can't look up or, she would peel her skin to reveal her soul.
motionless
Stable in her stance with light breath and hands by her side, composed and self restrained, she is silently gorging on the moment.
locked
Suspended in time and space and frozen in the shift from the reality of their surrounding kingdom and the mortals within it, they are eternal.
