Everyday
Everyday
I go and lay
Next to your grave
As if you were still
Right next to me
I hold your hand
From 6 feet up
Talk to you
Still give you my love
As I lay upon the grass
Flowers blooming
That many people left
I sit in silence
But hear you so clear
When you whisper in my ear
“I love you so much, my dear”
It’s been so many years
Hundreds, thousands, millions of tears
Oh,how I wish you would reappear
Hold me tight, help me face my fears
Everyday
Everyday
Without you here
I’m in a nightmare
A horrible atmosphere
The air is thin
It’s hard to breath
I just want you back with me
Everyday
Everyday
I go and lay
Next to your grave
As if you were still
Right next to me
I pray that I’ll be ok
That your ok
I hope you hear me
Everyday
I lay next to your grave...
I wrote this for all those who have lost someone in their lives and this is what it feels like to them.
