To discover a new world
would be futile
as I've hardly explored
the terrain I'm in while
all that's before me
begs to be recognised
and my duty
I'd have neglected
and left behind
a dream unfulfilled, empty
lustreless and sterile
my life then would be
but a lamentable story-

here I stand
I'll be bold
my ground I'll hold
to secure
my ultimate victory.
