May 2019
I was born in this small town
And lived here all my life
But I feel as I'm homesick
The hometown I never saw
This is a strange feeling
I see dreams of it every night
Memories rush to me in every
Spots in my life and work
I'm going to believe
That maybe these are real
Not a dream of an unsettled soul
But memories of a life
That I had somewhere sometime
A day I'll go straight
Back to my real old life
