Disabled...

I feel like

I'm learning

To live

With a handicap

Disabled I am,

I'm learning to walk

Without you,

I'm learning to speak

Without you,

I'm learning to not feel

Without you,

To strive on ahead

And deal with the world

And the stares

And doing everything

On my own

Without you,

And at the end of the day

After I'm tired of it all

I feel the pain

I feel the broken

Parts within me,

And I know

I'll have to do it again

Tomorrow; healing

Without you...
