You cannot love a person more than you love yourself, it's illogical. What then is love? Is it offering water to someone from a leaking cup or offering shelter to someone in a house without a roof? Is it really possible to show up for others without knowing how to show up for yourself? What type of love then are you offering to these people you love more than yourself, do they not feel the emptiness in your embrace? What kind of love are you giving to these people you love more than life itself? Is love still love if it comes from an empty place?
