Too many reasons given.
Too many hearts hurt.
Is there a moment for me to even make love work?

Too many stories told.
Too many lies too.
It's so hard for me to cipher the truth.

But whenever you ask me?
If I am true.
I just come clean and admit my love for you.

Too many days gone.
Still, I do hold on.
Too many secrets known.
Some I've been told.

But don't you worry?
You forever got me.
Even whenever others doubt us to ever be.

What they failed to see?
We were meant to be.
All because we are very aware that the lord dictates certain things.
