When I hear your name, my heart breaks.
Like the devastating impact of bone to earth.
Like a stick being stepped on in the woods.
Effortlessly breaking to pieces.
Splintering into the smallest fragments.
The ability to heal... Long gone. Drifted away.
In a sea of my deepest sorrows.
For when I hear your name, I feel the impact.
