And I
will sit
outside
your heart's
door, and
wait and
listen and
collect all
of the
broken pieces
of your
dreams
gone by .

and I
will hold
them close
to mine.
and covet
them deep
in the most
purest places
of my soul.
until they
all come
true.

I have come
to know
you in the
star bursts
of your eyes,

and gentle
curl of
your hair,

the easy

parting
of your lips.

and  I find
myself to
in the daydreams
of you in
my walks,

and feel you
in the
winds that
surround
my face,

and the salt
spray that
reaches up
to me from
the Santa Barbara

sea.
I carry you
everywhere
with me
in the remains
of my days,

and it will
never be
my place
to wonder
why..

I breathe

I think of

you.they

become one

in the same.
