Throw Away the Gold Medal.
Somewhere,
a Christian is crying
on their Honeymoon
because they were lied to,
'Coulda had a lot more fun
when they were young.
Why'd you have to tell
Her that Hell was a swell
Of fire and flames,
Desire and aims
on the claims that
"Yeah, there'll be
fireworks."
Behind, the Devil lurks
with a wedding ring,
Yeah,
There'll be some perks.
