I EXHALED
This monstrous being,
an entity from
another realm
stealthily and silently
moved slowly
with calmness
in the darkness.
Maybe it's unaware
of my presence
or maybe it's just
ignoring me
as I'm not a
treat to it.
I heard the
cricket chirping
and the night
frog crocking at
a distance in
the darkness.
Their song unwittingly
helped make the
night feel more
mysteriously outstanding.
The night was
dreadfully and
awfully quiet.
There is something
very ominous
about this night.
It sends the
goosebumps
up my spine.
It was drizzling.
The stars of
the night were
sleeping and the
clouds was devoid
of any light
except the sound
of thunderstorm
shattering the sky,
piercing even into
the interior
of the house.
Sleep has gone,
replaced by
restlessness and
curiosity mixed with
fear and apprehension.
Alone here hiding
after the terror
of the dusk.
It's a horrible
experience so terrifying
that I can't
even breath.
I can see
faintly the
silhouette of that
entity moving
away from me,
and I exhaled
with so much
gladness to be
free from this
terrible monster.
People will never
truly understand
something until it
happens to them.
