Poems
Dec 2018
the last child
I wish
I could be
porcelain
delicate
protected
I wish
I could be
breakable
liquid
a snow globe
a tear frozen
in glass
I wish there
was a line
I should never
cross
and you showed
it to me
and it was
clear
and if I ever crossed it
I would
fall off
the edge
but you
would
catch me
and put
me back
in my
protected
place
