An acquired taste
No doubt it takes
Some time to wait
Until it seems to make
You crave it
Savor every flavor
Mixed together on the plate
A flat and fluffy,
Full of grainy
Goodness, sourdough pancake
You rip and tear it,
Often share it
Rarely in the gorsha form
But wash your hands before you dare it
Grin and bare this culture norm
