To Ponder
Distance makes the heart grow fonder
Hence love grows more and more
Mind enthralled by the show to ponder
What all is to be taken but to adore

Pain of life takes very many shades
All is done to test velocity and veracity
To cut the heart of lover with blades
Silence has to overcome all verbosity

My beloved I do understand the attack
I can also count bruises and the injuries
In the difficult journey I may lose track
But do not inflict any killing insult please
