In my head it was going to be a good time
It was going to be an amazing experience
It was going to be a wonderful adventure
An easy task

Turns out it was going to be a challenge
It wasn't going to be easy
I'd forgotten it wasn't just me doing this
That I had to convince you
That I had to be patient with you
That it wasn't going to work
Unless I made it work
And making it work means you liking it
Not an easy task at all
