In this open space where all things
are now erased, I could see the light
stains surrounding the splintered floor,
unfinished sentences, breathless
shadows, upturned worlds destroyed,
sling diction rumbling in the relentless air,
raged poets rising and falling in flames,
dismantled, unlined, a whirling wind
wrecked inside inner dimensions
burning blank.
