I was not brave enough
couldn't be a soldier.

I was not strong enough
couldn't be a fighter.

I was not smart enough
couldn't be a teacher.

I was not musical enough
couldn't be a singer.

I was not talented enough
couldn't be a writer.

I was not handsome enough
couldn't be an actor.

I was not gallant enough
couldn't be a suitor.

I was and still am -Β Β like none other
if you my lady fair count be not a loser
and fall headlong for me as your lover
though I was once nothing, am now the luckiest winner.
