He was Autumn without chill
falling secrets, forming piles
of unearthed mystery, unknowing
how deep his soul was

He was Winter when he came
cold and distant, and lonely
needing layers to protect himself
from anything that might change
or truly discover him

He was Spring when he left
Happiness blooming through him
an aura radiating complete
and total trust

He was Summer when we finished
Overheated and over suffering from sunstroke
He'd been playing in the sun for too long
and now he was burnt, and tired.
