In the thunder, in the rain
I can’t explain what you do to me.
In the snow, I love you so
You don’t know what you do to me
In the sky, way up high
You’re the one that’ll set me free
In my home, all alone
Working on a masterpiece
Fair or fowl, out on the prowl
Headed towards my destiny
I’ll get there, just wait and see
I won’t back down to anything
I love you more than you’ll ever know
From zero till infinity
If I fail, or I succeed
You are all I’ll ever need
If I crumble, if I feel weak
I’ll get down on my hands and knees
Pray to God to deliver me
Dry your eyes and just believe
We’ll make it through collectively
In your eyes, I feel relief
You’re the girl of my dreams
Should I stay awake, l cannot sleep
It’s not as bad as you may think
I speak the truth, in all honesty
Too much power, too much greed
Could lead to insanity
Have no fear, don’t disappear
You’re my pride, my darling dear.
